The Marriott Los Sueños Hotel in Herradura Beach and the Marriott San Jose in Belén, Heredia were recently sold to two real estate investment groups.
The real estate investment group, Caribbean Property Group (CPG), headquartered in New York and the Enjoy Group from Costa Rica acquired the Marriott Los Sueños Hotel in Herradura Beach and the Marriott San Jose in Belén, Heredia.
