Anyone else having problems with Republic Wireless service?
I got mine yesterday. It was shipped quickly, then I activated and can't make calls or text when not on wireless in my area. I did go to another part of town and got service there, but it is supposed to roam onto AT&T. I get AT&T bars but no calls or texts work. I have tried relentlessly with their online support, but after 10 emails to me, no one doing anything yet. They just keep asking more and more questions. I got promised a call back this morning, but then I got an email 6 hours later asking more questions. It is very frustrating. Almost seems like a robot on the other end. Ian in the chat was very friendly, but no help. He appeared to be a message taker. I hope to get this resolved soon, but so far no luck.
