Is there anyone else on a MAC computer that can not get it to open Blackboard? Mine is saying server can't be found. I can't get in on my MAC or my IPad, but I can through my phone. This just started last night.

Hi everyone. I am Donna Savage. I teach preservice teachers at Thomas Nelson Community College and Old Dominion University in Hampton, Virginia. I am a doctoral student in Curriculum and Instruction in Cohort H. I"m looking forward to working with you this semester.

Hello, all! I currently teach middle school English in southern West Virginia. I am currently halfway through my eighth year working in Lewisburg, WV for Greenbrier County Schools. I'm excited to learn and engage with everybody over the next few years!

I am Aaron Shaw. I teach high school social studies in Erie, PA ... yes the same Erie, PA that was hammered with over five feet of snow around Christmas week. This is a picture of two of my four children and my beautiful wife. The other two were unable to attend Taylor's graduation last spring from Pitt Grad school.

Hello! Like many of colleagues here, I am beginning my 2nd year of the doctoral program in Curriculum and Instruction. I am currently the English dept chair and Coordinator of Advanced Studies at my k-12 public charter in Rock Hill, SC. I am also the director of a new initiative called the Scholars Academy, which we developed to keep our top students who were leaving our middle school to attend one of the large public high schools in the area. However, the Scholars Academy is designed to offer our bright students a cohort program which acts like an honors college at the university level. My research interests include the direct instruction of critical thinking skills and challenging gifted learners.
