Here's a screenshot of my Super Singers Board from the end of September. Each music class students can earn up to 3 stickers based on group behavior and productivity. Once they reach 10 stickers the class can help create their own special music day based upon favorite activities performed thus far throughout the school year.

Here is an example of a play list that has a list of rewards for Fun Friday and an Expectations Anchor Chart on the list. This allows me to have different different math groups write their own expectations for their class.

Here is an example of the ELA choice boards that we used with our kids last year. We laminated the boards and in the left column we would write the order that they should do things in and in the right column we would indicate how long they should do it for. Items that were not choices for the day were X'd out.
