It is never too hot for chocolate cake, won't you agree? :D
Dig in and enjoy :)Ingredients:For the cake:
6 egg yolks
6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons Nesquick
100 ml milk
100 ml of oil
10 g baking powder
6 egg whitesFor the cream:
500 ml heavy cream
300 g dark chocolate
- white chocolate for decorationPreparation:
Mix egg yolks with sugar until foamy. Add oil and milk in egg yolk mixture and mix. Add the dry ingredients that you previously mixed in a separate bowl ( flour, baking powder and Nesquick), mix well.
Separately mix egg whites in a firm shape and add to the first mixture.
Mix until combined.
Bake in a preheated over on 180 C° for 20-25 min.
In the meanwhile prepare the cream. Cook the cream to the boiling point ( it mustn't boil!), remove from the heat and add broken chocolate pieces. Mix until combined.
When the cake is done, pick it with the fork all over. On the still warm cake pour the hot cream.
Chill in the refrigerator over night.
Decorate as you wish :)
