Hey WO people, here is a doc that might help the post-bond decision-making. It summarizes student tech use expectations from CCSS and ISTE: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vKD3Y8_tuHStMgUV99TE371sHIHJRxWbPceB1RQ0XIU/edit?usp=sharing

Has anyone tried these...  I am only familiar with a couple of them (Prezi. .ppt, keynote, and blabberize)

Some good articles here.  I really liked the "Flippable Moment one".

Got a Chromebook question: I'm due for a new smartphone soon. I know I cannot tether my iPhone to my Chromebook. Has anyone been able to tether an Android phone to a CB? If so, what phone?

Great share, and info I didn't know a ton about. Take a look!
How to Publish Google Docs to the Web
While you can easily share a Google Doc with everyone that’s important to you, sometimes the user-experience can be better by publishing it to the web. This is actually much easier than it seems, and only takes a few steps.

For example, if you’re working on a flier that you want to make publicly available, you can share the Doc publicly, or you can opt to publish it to the web. This can make the formatting a little bit cleaner, especially if you choose to embed it on your website.

If you’re worried that you’ll have to constantly update the file when you’re making changes, don’t be!

There’s an option to automatically republish when changes are made, so your viewers will always see the most up-to-date version.

This was very helpful! Even includes how to take a screenshot.

This is nice to know. Anyone notice anything yet??
Starting today, things are about to get cleaner—and more colorful—in Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings, Forms and Apps Script. First, you’ll notice each editor’s product icon displayed in the header, which doubles as a quick link back to all your files in Drive. Next, you’ll see that the header is more streamlined and compact, helping you to focus on what matters most—your content.

We hope these updates make your creation and collaboration experience just a bit more delightful. Enjoy!
