If YOU don't believe in yourself, how in the hell is anyone else ever going to be able to? 

Listen, at the end of the day, we are ALL human and we ALL make mistakes and do dumb shit. This is the story of my LIFE and I'm sure some of you can relate.  

Some things of course are not nearly as bad as others, but everything, no matter how big or small,  has the ability to weigh you down and make you think less of yourself.  Make you think that maybe you are not worth it, or you don't deserve it.   WELL, I just want to say that this is BULLSHIT and you somehow need to find a way to get past it.  

There have been many times in my life that I felt like giving up and throwing in the towel.  As motivated as I am today, there still are days that I just want it to all end sometimes.   Unfortunately, life just doesn't work like that and we must learn to take the good with the bad.  

"If you're not failing, then your simply NOT trying hard enough!" 

I know, I know, this is all SOOOO much easier said than done and sometimes when life is weighing down upon you, it's VERY hard to see past the negatives and look to the positives.   Remember though, that life is to short to worry about the things you did wrong.  Negatives and Failures are only bad  if you learned nothing from the experience at all.  9 times out of 10, if you just open your eyes to the lesson, your failures will end up making you that much of a stronger person.

It's NEVER to late to turn things around, It's NEVER to late to accomplish what you set out to do, It's simply NEVER the end, until the day comes that YOU decide to quit and give up.   This my friends is totally on YOU! 

Stay strong, be strong, and drive the fuck on!  Focus on the things that matter and block out the rest.  My life, your life, anyone's life is far to important and awesome to live with regret and worry about the past. The present and the future is ALL we have control of.  If you continue to allow the past to affect the future, again, that's on YOU!

When it comes to training, try to not limit yourself to a few types of exercises. Get away from the traditional bars and dumbbells a few times and see what else is available.

Remember to APPLY THE BASICS. Elbows tucked and fixed, contract bringing the forearms to the biceps, lower slow and repeat. The secret to muscle growth is rooted in the basics. Let's Go....
