No but they might stink a little.. LoL.. a good sweat is great for the body, it rids the body of toxins and cleans the pores of your skin. Just make sure you drink something good the night before. Don't want to dehydrate.

Ohh it's delicious! I love it. I meant to say peeled bananas btw. If you have bananas on the counter that are cheetah spotted and you aren't sure if you're going to use it, just peel it and throw it in the freezer for making ice cream. My 2 year old even loves the frozen bananas as ice cream! Plus it's totally healthy!
