Yep. I did that. It was more moist than I desired, but I'll use slightly less water next time.
 
This was my first time cooking brown rice let alone cooking it in the pressure cooker. I accept these results and claim them as my own!

Here in RI we got hit with a nasty storm that only lasted about 40 mins start to finish but took out most of the state's power and did a great deal of damage. Here is just a little that I encountered today on my run causing a few obstacles
