Preheat oven to 375
Mix in large bowl..
3lb lean ground beef..Or cook in a pre..sprayed rack (like a cookie rack) so fat drains out. I would spray the pan and line it also for easier clean up.
2 diced onions
2 eggs
3/4 cup of Salsa
1 green pepper
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
Incorporate all these ingredients and then add bread crumbs, but don't mix to much it will make the meat tougher
1 cup bread crumbs,,or more if needed so you can get the mixture to hold together, but like I said in last step. Don't mix to much but well enough all flavors are mixed evenly and add just enough bread crumbs to hold together mixture. Shape the mixture into a loaf not more then 2 and 1/2 inches thick in height.Place on rack in pan or in just pan, depending if lean meat was used or other more fatty meat.
Top with your favorite BBQ sauce and Brown sugar
Cook for 2 hours or temp on inside measures 165 degrees on a thermometer.
