Is there anyone on here with an automatic Ford Focus?
Bought a 64 plate with a view to perhaps changing over to auto, if it doesn't work as we prefer our personal car to be auto plus as I'm getting nearer to retirement the Focus would be a more sensible car than the wife 3lt BMW.
As you can see it's all ready for the road, now I discover modern automatics are really manual with some electrical opponent, I think? It's been back into Evans Halshaw this week, has to go back again as they didn't have the part.
It's on a 4 year PCP, along with the deposit, brake, full size spate wheel and the rest I'm presently about £4000 spent, not to mention the two new pupils I had to cancel this week.
Presently talking to Evans Halshaw as to which way to go, anyone considering a Ford Automatic, it isn't just my car it's a world wide Ford problem.

Nasty cold day, car playing up.
This is what I miss. Nice hotel, a complementary bottle of Madeira Wine and an aperitif before dinner.

Cork driving lessons especially automatic own are mostly recommended to drivers that are always nervous. With automatic cars, there are fewer controls to worry about, and you can concentrate on accelerating your learning process, in this manner saving time and cash. Automatic driving lessons will increase your odds of taking your license free and within a short period. http://www.imfaceplate.com/JackThompsons/join-driving-lessons-in-cork-city #Driving_Lessons_Cork #Driving_lessons_cork #Cork_Driving_Lessons

Parents, your 17 year old daughter may not want to learn to drive!
A few weeks ago a lady phoned for lessons for her daughters 17th birthday. She would be getting money and rather than waste it on silly things, it would pay for driving lesson.
She would pay for 10 hours, because she's a very clever girl and would soon pass. Good, you're proud of your daughter.
However, after 17 years of answering the phone my wife was suspicious that driving lessons wouldn't be the daughters choice so persuaded mum into just paying for the first 1½ hours.
The girl was very timid, couldn't get a word out of her and didn't appear interested, after the first lesson mum asked how she was doing? Adding she was a very clever girl. Second lesson dad wanted to know if she was nearly ready for her test as she's a very clever girl.
After ten hours she was as far forward as you would expect 3rd or 4th hour. to my question of was she enjoying her lessons she shook her head.
I told her I wasn't booking her in next week and to talk to her parents.
Mum phoned the following day to book saying, the instructor must be more firm with her, she's a very clever girl but needs pushing.
Our answer was we had already sold her space, therefore, we get a bad name and some other poor instructor is going to get her.

I haven't had my eye on the ball when it comes to lesson prices. Just noticed I'm £3.00 a lesson behind most other schools so it's time for an increase. My pupils aren't batting an eyelid when I tell them. Crazy.
