Our Drupal Camp Manila 2014 "Event Host"-EJ A. Fernandez-Lubid holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Far Eastern 
University and in response to a need for viable applicants for a booming Call Center Industry in Northern Philippines, she has taught Speech Improvement and Accent Neutralization to trainees from the C.A.R. Region in Baguio City.

She also has a notable background in teaching English as a Second Language to Koreans and developing Instructional Materials for Online English teachers. She has a depth of knowledge in Vocabulary and has found this skill useful in her work as a freelance Creative Writer at She has over five years of experience as a Call Center Professional having handled Lead Generation, Appointment Setting,
Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Service.

The extent of her skills and previous work experience, from agent to Trainer in every conceivable facet of the BPO Industry, has allowed her to mentor new entrants Product Specifics, various Customer Relations Management Tool Usage,including Customer Care Skills for Voice, E-mail and Remote Assistance Accounts.

Drupal South East Asia purpose:

1. First to Connect those South East Asian Developers from Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, SIngapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Hongkong, Japan, and other SEA Region that has Drupal Enthusiast and communities.
2. To Share ideas, skills, experiences from one community to the other so we can help empower all the drupal communities in the SEA Region .
3. To be able to establish the networks of developers and programmers who are interested to learn more about drupal and open the opportunities to learn the culture of each Regions .
4. Enhance the Skills of every SEA developers through regular Online Webinars, presentations and technical resources from every experts in different communities.
5. To build a strong relationship for South East Asian Community that will cater to all Drupalist who would like to become involve in this group.
6. To be able to create an event for "Drupal South East Asian Summit" in the next few years.
7. To encourage more drupal developer to become active and vibrant to contribute in the .
