This position will be 1st shift, Mon-Fri, and onsite at our direct client - a Heavy equipment distributor and repairer of refuse equipment, street sweepers, salt spreaders, and road maintenance equipment.

POSITION DESCRIPTION - Shop Foreman / Lead Service Technician:

Skills Needed:
* Must possess strong in Electrical, Hydraulics, and pneumatic systems diagnosis and repair, and fabrication.
* Requires strong troubleshooting experience.
* Must have good organizational skills. Will handle work orders, writing up reports, etc.
* Strong communication skills. Will Lead 1-3 techs on the floor at a time.
* Heavy truck experience is highly desired. No diesel experience required.

Dyno Test Technician (15-22833)
Location: Raymond, OH 43067
Duration: indefinite

You will be responsible for conducting chassis dynamometer testing using a climatic chassis dyno.

• Conducting tests to written procedures and acquiring data.
• Work from a test plan submitted by the dyno leader and test Engineer.
• Install and remove cars from the test cell.
• Fuel car between tests according to safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair thermocouple issues.
• Change a wide range of automotive parts.
• Will learn the operation of three different dynos.
• Occasional vehicle instrumentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Flexible work hours are required, as well as occasional overtime.
• Occasional 2nd shift may be required.
• Knowledge of dyno operation is required.
• A strong understanding of automobiles is required.
• Experience with data acquisition hardware and software is required.

Sr. Hydraulic Pump Design Engineer.
Location: Columbus, OH
Perform design calculations necessary to design bent axis and axial piston pumps and motors. Ability to size and develop complex hydraulic systems in medium & heavy duty vehicle drives. Design and analysis of individual components (Bearings/Shafts). Analysis of pumping and motoring efficiencies across a broad spectrum of operating conditions. Design and analysis to minimize/eliminate audible noise generated during high pressure/high speed operation. Ability to manage pump and system designs to meet project schedules and cost targets. Develop test plans to ensure design integrity and durability targets established by project goals. Capable of working in a design team environment and provide insight to total system design. FMEA, VA/VE, 3D CAD Design, NVH Analysis & Optimization, & FEA experience.

• Design Seat components using Catia V5.
• Prior seat or interiors experience required.
• Catia V5 required.

Job Opportunity: Instrumentation Technician
Location: Raymond, OH

* Must be able to work as a w-2 employee *

• Acceleration setup and testing. Instrument prototype and competitor vehicles.
• Water fording test and setup. Prepare for test by using setup sheet and installing instrumentation. May be asked to perform the testing after proper training.
• Snow ingress prep and test. This will include preparing mockup and performing test once proper training is received.
• Coast Down Prep and Testing Support. Install instrumentation and seta ll vehicle parameters to correct specifications including alignment, ride height, and ECU data. May be asked to assist in off-site testing by changing part along with pretest setup and post-test tear down.
• High temperature chassis dyno test and prep. Assist with installation of thermocouples on a wide variety of automobile components. Installing wire harnesses, data acquisition, and vehicle mockup using prototype parts. Assist running chassis dynamometer and part changes during chassis dynamometer testing.
• Hot weather field testing. Prepare vehicles for offsite testing in Death Valley and other extreme temperature locations. This will include thermocouple installation, data acquisition installation and pretest equipment checks before shipping car. Assist engineer with test by driving or operating data acquisition on public roads. Make part changes for testing as needed.
• Electronics. Capability of designing, constructing and repairing wire harnesses for testing. Maintaining test equipment.
• Assist with other tests as needed.

• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• A strong understanding of automobiles is required.
• Experience with Data Acquisition hardware/software is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is desired.
• 2 year degree in an electronics background preferred
• Willing to Travel.
• Must be able to obtain passport if needed.
• Capable of working in extreme climates hot or cold.
