Sales Thought: Focus on your Sales Process being Repeatable

It is not to say the the process is the same each time.  It is about Evaluating where you are and where could be.

Repeatable is an important word here.  It provides Context of Execution. Repeatable ensures that you are able to get things done consistently..  There may be a good reason that something is not being done, but being Aware of it is Key.

Sales people are like Fighter Pilots.  They are flying fast, very high- and they are usually in the middle of a Fire Fight.  The problem is what when you are flying that high, you sometimes get Burned.

Take and Outside In Look or have someone else do it to be sure your Executing Intelligently.

Reconfirm, Reconfirm, Reconfirm.
