Disable Siri pop up dialogue.
If you disable Siri on macOS Sierra through system preferences, a dialogue box will keep popping up very frequently to the point of annoyance. This happens when the headphones are connected (the ones with mic) and the OS senses the pressing of push button on the headphone/handsfree. Just follow these steps as listed:-
1. Disable System Integrity Protection (SIP) and reboot
2. Install Xcode (or any plist editor)
3. Using Xcode or any other plist editor, change setting in /System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.Siri.plist
as below:-

<key>Disabled</key>
<false/>

change to

<key>Disabled</key>
<true/>
4. Enable SIP and reboot
5. Follow this link for more details
