Looks like a great tool for stitching backend workers together. Possibly even better than Celery?

I mentioned using fpm for creating packages at the Auckand meetup last night.
fpm - Effing package managers! Build packages for multiple platforms (deb, rpm, etc) with great ease and sanity.

On a semi-related note, I stumbled across and used fpm the other day... I don't think I have ever used a tool with worse or more useless error messages (with the possible exception of Windows).

Glad to join. One question - how will this community differ from the NZPUG mailing list?

After 2 years, the main differences are
1. more photos
2. fewer posts

Just heard of the following Python developer roles (just mention you heard it from me when contacting Levonne): One is with a hosting company and is a permanent role. You would be the only python developer so need to be senior level. Salary negotiable. The other role is with a large enterprise level client in the city area. Multiple roles, ideally skills with Python and Django and web front end. Salary again negotiable and these are perm and contract roles.

Email contact: Levonne Broom <levonne@careersandcontracts.co.nz>
