New edition of 100 Bottles of Beer is now available. Have some random beers on me...http://homebrewguru.siterubix.com/100-bottles-of-beer-a-mix…

Since nobody seems to be looking at this community anymore, I think I will drop out.

The Narcosis Brewing T shirt campaign is on!  For 30 days only.  We must get at least 25 orders to make the run.  They make great gifts!

After 20 plus years brewing for friends and family Its time to move to the next level.
Help us in our goal to commercialization. Any proceeds earned from the shirt campaign will go towards opening the next great micro brewery!

It's nice to see a community such as this. I just tried my hand at home brewing about 5 weeks ago. I have started three batches and my first batch should be ready to drink next week. I have found brewing to be an awesome hobby and I hope, in time, it will pay for itself. I have an fb page dedicated to each brewing attempt. If you're interested, I will be glad to share a link.

Leid Wolfe here. I was hoping to meet some really nice and helpful new friends here, to help me create a signature brew of my own. See, I'm new to brewing beer, but I've always wanted to learn to make it. Particularly, f or special occasions and basicslly because it looks like so much fun!

First sampling of brew number one of my 30 slabs in 30 days June brewathon. A pretty straight forward brew - Coopers Dark Ale base, 1 kg Old sugar mix, 200g of cracked dark crystal hickory-smoked for 15 mins then steeped for 20 mins, 100g lactose, safale-04. 23 litter brew racked and primed with 100g dextrose looking for a bit less than medium carbonation. Full, clean and bitter. Hint of smoked almonds flavour. 32 days in the bottle now so quite happy with first sampling of Darkie, especially on a Friday afternoon.
