To prepare for April 9 meeting, I made another newsletter and put a survey in this newsletter to find out what Pembina Hills teachers are doing for assessment and how things are going in general with CTF. I made the survey anonymous and within five minutes of sending out the newsletter, I had three replies to the survey. Not sure if they had to give their name if it would have been the same. Hopefully I get more responses than just the initial three. I will share responses with you at the April 9 meeting. I've attached my newsletter.

I made a copy of the survey so you can make a copy of it too if you want to use it for your schools.

After the December 12 meeting, Carling and I stayed behind to discuss what to do in Pembina Hills. We came up with the idea to create a newsletter to share information gathered at the December 12 meeting and anything else we could think of to inform the teachers of CTF of what is happening. I will do this after each of our meetings. The newsletter went out a couple of days ago, via our principals and it has been posted in resources on our district website. It is a start at getting the information out there. District office has mentioned we can have time to collaborate. Hopefully I will get some responses.

There is a great day of learning planned around Environmental Stewardship and Project Based learning. This session would be a great opportunity for CTF teachers to learn about designing challenges using the PBL structure. Please share this with the CTF teachers in your districts!
