Kung Fu Kritic here! I just stumbled upon something! Did you folks know that the Karate Kid remake starring Jackie is in the top five highest-grossing films he's ever made? Somebody posted a list and along with the Fantastic Kung Fu Panda movies that I also enjoy this remake is really high up there! Now considering that it wasn't well-received it baffles me :-). I do have my problems with this movie but I also think with a little title change it would have gotten a better reception than it did. Hell maybe even a sequel! After watching the review what did you folks think? Do you think I'm right or still barking up the wrong tree hahaha :-). https://youtu.be/TFXlMcKvxKM

That's a Promise!! A Death Promise that is!! How's it going everybody :-). As I'm sure most of you can tell I've been on the nostalgic kick for the older reviews. I looked at the death promise review and it was interesting that it didn't get as much of a look as I thought it would :-). Of course this is what got me thinking about whether or not it was the fact that it was American Kung Fu that turned people off or just because it was a little over-the-top shall we say hahaha :-). Either way if you get a chance to give it another look let me know what your opinion is and what you think :-). https://youtu.be/0PF1654dBXQ

Going through some of the old reviews again it was interesting to see that "Kung Fu Hustle"was clearly more popular than "Shaolin Soccer". I do enjoy Kung Fu Hustle quite a bit but Shaolin Soccer always hold a special place in my heart mostly for the offbeat comedy moments plus the fact that some of the scenes hold up incredibly well considering how old the film is:-). If you get the chance take a look at the Shaolin Soccer review and let me know do you still think Kung Fu Hustle is the better of the two or do you feel like playing some soccer :-). Thanks everyone :-). https://youtu.be/eZXDV7XSMxc
