Last week, just a couple months after the largest climate mobilization ever, the world's two biggest polluters - the United States and China - announced their most ambitious climate action yet. That is not a coincidence: it's a sign that our pressure is working, and that we need to apply much more. This coming Sunday #LightforLima vigils are taking place in numerous countries around the world to put pressure on world leaders who will be gathering for climate talks in Lima. Bring your voices to Downing Street and please invite all your friends.

If you want to help The Future (by sharing a beautiful film on social media) then please sign up to this Thunderclap.
We made our short film "ICECAP" to capture what we feel about the destruction of our future.
We want as many people as possible to see it on the first day of the next United Nations climate change negotiation. Which is why we've created a Thunderclap campaign. If you like the film (you can watch it here

) then please sign up then share this on Facebook and ask as many of your friends as possible to sign up too.
Thunderclap is a service that allows a lot of people to tweet or post about something at the same time. This Thunderclap will push "ICECAP" out into the world on the 1st December - the day that the next United Nations negotiation on climate change starts in Peru. This meeting is called COP20 (which is why we're using the hashtag #COP20).
We've already got more than half way to our target. Please help us exceed it.

What an honor.

Today Bill McKibben accepted the Right Livelihood Award: The 'Alternative Nobel Prize' . He made it clear though that the prize really was for all of us mobilizing to fight climate change.

Bill's speech was truly powerful. Read it here:
