Happy Happy Happy HUMP DAY!! (insert camel image here haha).

So it's Wednesday, that one day in the week where the mood shifts from the beginning of the week to nearing the end. Wednesday can now become the most influential day in your week.

In the fitness world, we know that you never miss a Monday, because you need to start your week off great, and Friday you finish with a bang before the weekend (most peoples days off from work). But dang that middle of the week can be hard.... So here I am to help you through it! Each and EVERY Wednesday I will be here, to support, help you push through, and learn to love the process.

Change is hard, but that is why we are here. To simply change.

So I want to know what you all want from me too?? I am a quote fanatic!! Literally, quotes can be one of my greatest influences and can push me further... But I know not everyone feels that way. So I want to get the your opinions and feelings. My specialities are quotes, motivation, positivity, organizing life and humor.

Ok these cookies are legit. Like probably the best healthy cookie Iโ€™ve ever made before!

I didnโ€™t have pumpkin on hand cause I used it up last week so I just subbed unsweetened apple sauce and theyโ€™re so amazing!

Ok guys, There was a pot luck at work.. for me. Just me. Haha just kidding. It was a staff appreciation thing but MAN was there lots of food and damn did I want ALL of it.

Yes, I indulged a little and probably didn't keep with my portion control BUT I didn't indulge like I normally would because I'm aware. I'm aware of what I'm putting into my body and I'm aware of the things I know will make me feel gross.

I ate some of the things I love but I didn't go crazy and I knew when to stop because I knew that it would make me feel sleepy and less energetic and then I would have wanted to nap when I got home.

So here's to being aware! Not dieting or depriving yourself but being aware of you and your body so you can feel energetic and motivated instead of mopey and sleepy.

And now, for my daily work Cafe Latte and almond milk shake!

Day 3 cardio core!
Guys! What the crap was that???!!!! Ho-ly sweaty.
If you need me Iโ€™ll be here on the floor for the next 12 hours. Lol

Had plans to get it in much earlier and without the toddler. Well that didnโ€™t happen (thatโ€™s life I guess). So did my workout amongst puzzle pieces.
He also put away my sliders in the closet after every set... sooooo that was fun!!
