Great article on active learning in STEM. It gives some good examples that seem relatively easy to adapt to our courses. Thoughts?

This handout has some very useful strategies to implement for active learning in the classroom. Many of these were familiar to me (good reminders of what i should add), but there were a number of new ones I know I'll be adding to my classes in the future.

Here is a paper I wrote a couple of years ago that discusses the implementation and use of barcodes, videos and blogs in chemistry.

Dave and I wrote a paper that is published in the Journal of Chemical Education on the "Rip-Mix-Learn" classroom: http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/ed300853g
