Is anyone aware of what happened to the Oracle Academy Java Fundamentals class that was supposed to be run?

Suggestion... Maybe those of us who plan to use Alice this year can share student projects via a G+ group. It would be a way to encourage students to go beyond the classroom and to learn from others learning Alice. Another possible venue for sharing is Edmodo which I am new to. Any thoughts -suggestions?

Great session today learning Alice 3.0. Well presented by Oracle Academy. Awesome group of teachers to spend the day with. Thank you Neal, Sarbani, and Ramona for bringing us these valuable opportunities.

Last week, the University of Sydney, Australia, held a CS4HS workshop for 45 teachers.  For three days, Computing, Maths, Science and even an English teacher learnt about (and performed) algorithms, got stuck into programming Python with the National Computer Science School Challenge, built robots, programmed games using Pygame, and made art using Context Free.  Check out our awesome Aussie teachers!

Because we talked about it.  All BOEs should be asked to watch it.
