Hi everyone! Here's a rundown of what we have to work on with Highland Solutions. Highland Solutions currently runs "customer experience workshops" that help clients better understand customer issues in order to intelligently design software. Highland plans on expanding these workshops to paid three day boot camps, in hopes of clients using Highland for more than just "pure" IT work. Highland wants us to come up with a finite strategy on how they can use workshops and more to draw an additional $2 million in revenue within 18 months.

Our first meeting is at the Highland office Tuesday at 11. Looking forward to then!
