Discussing how I prepare for a Star Wars one-shot:
Sam posted in the Tide of Change group saying that it would be useful to see how some of the GMs prepare for their sessions, so over the course of the weekend I’ve maded this video outlining the process that I go through to create a Star Wars one-shot.

If you haven't heard of the new social network seeking to go head to head with facebook, and wish you had, you might want to consider checking out tsu. I have heard it described as facebook without the crap. I'm sure there's crap, but right now it seems much less annoying.

One innovation the site offers is that they pay you to use it, rather than seeking ways to get themselves paid for your use of it.

I have no intentions of slacking off on G+, but after receiving a few invitations from other bloggers, I gave it a look. I survived registration and am enjoying my feed quite a bit.

If you are curious, it is still invitation only right now. You can check it out by following the link I have included. That will give you an opportunity to register. If you know someone already participating, get them to invite you.

Right now, all I can say is that it is much less invasive, connecting other accounts (or not) is easier, image uploads provide a lot more options for editing and enhancing, and the content ratio is extremely high.

Hi all, I'm a newb here, though I've been listening to Gentleman Gamer, and Samwise Seven on Youtube for a while now.  Now, out of curiosity I have a question for any of you whom have worked on your own RPGs or RPG supplements.  Did you release a playtest to the general public?  Is there any reason not too?
