I am using Feedly (free version) in my Nexus 7 or I should say I am trying to use it. From the very beginning whenever I try to add a website into any category, it says "oops:code:undefined" and I don't find that website in that category. After a while, it appears in that category which looks good (happens for all of them). But once I get out of it and then get back to it again, ooosh, all gone! It asks me to add content again. Any idea what I can do about it?

I deleted an entire category(two feeds) of feeds and this notification appeared.

However, it will not disappear. I've tried deleting my cookies, relogging, restarting and none of those offered a solution. It's been over 24h and regular usage has not alleviated the issue.

It will disappear as soon as you have 5 feeds in your account.

When I scroll down while an item is open, just when the "visit website" link touches the top of the screen, the item closes and the remaining items are pulled up. Those that are pulled up out of the screen (I think it depends on how tall the open item was) are also immediately marked as read. Very annoying.

The open item should stay open even if invisible, or the window should scroll to keep the top of the viewport where it is.

Chrome 35.0.1916.47 beta-m.

In the Feedly Android app, I occasionally encounter a story that I can't seem to get to, regardless of how hard or vigorously I tap on it. If I long tap on it, the story gets saved to Feedly and I can read it there, but not directly from Feedly. I've tried restarting the app, changing the view and refreshing the feed but nothing helps with these links. If I go to my Feedly account on the web I can click on and read the story just fine. Any suggestions on what I can do?

I generally use a Nexus 7 (2013). But I just tried reading the same article using Feedly on my Galaxy S3 and it also won't display.

Hi i have a little bug on my feedly beta on Chrome Canary.

1 - Open a folder with few rss
2 - Click on one rss number to make all articles from this rss read.
(all articles from this rss are now gray between others which are still black)
3 - scroll to read others articles from this folder (they should be gray but they don't mark as read)
4 - you must click again on the folder to make the scroll & mark as read feature works again.

IDK if it's really clear

Hi!

I would like to report a bug. Basically, I have been testing a few mobile phones lately, because my company keep changing the ones given out to employees. At last, they have settled in a Xperia E. I have had a very good feedly experience in all terminals, but this one. In this one, everytime that I push the open web button to read the complete feed (as in NYT blogs, for instance, where only a sentence is shared through RSS), it would freeze.

The app is installed in internal storage of the phone.

I'm a developer by trade, so if I can provide any other information, I'd be glad to help.

Thanks!
Javier

I have the Galaxy TabPro 8.4" tablet and whenever I try to view videos or open an external website via Feedly, Feedly either hangs/stalls for a while and randomly crashes.  I am running the latest Android OS Kitkat and even exchanged the tablet since I thought it was the problem, but after my second new tablet, realized it is Feedly that isn't compatible with the tablet since Feedly works on all my other devices.  Can you please look into this issue and update or fix?  Thanks!

Does the web version work on your tablet?

I don't know if this is just me: for the last couple of days whenever I open the Chrome browser Feedly asks me to login. Normally I'm always logged in and Feedly is my homepage. I've not erase my browsing history or passwords.
When I do login (with my Google account) the pop up screen keeps logging in, it's a flickering screen with a neverending process of logging in.
Then I just close that screen and go to my homepage again where Feedly seems to be working fine until the next time I restart my browser.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I have my own "Must Read" category, and it conflicts with the "Must Read" feature feedly provided. When I select my own "Must Read" category for a feed, feedly returns:
[feedly][reader@cloud] failed to i[date subscription (a) because:400 --
{
    "errorId": "ap2-sv2.2014041904.2313125",

 #UI

The pop-up UI for the three "Featured" items in the Home view is jarring.  Why is it unlike the UI for all the other articles on the screen?

Edwin Khodabakchian's profile photo

Because the featured article are layout as a grid and the rest of the articles as a list. We are working on unifying some of these.

is it possible to change google accounts? my main google account for all my devices is our business account. i do not want feeds mixed up with our business account. how do i setup feedly on my phone, and firefox browser to choose the appropriate account? on firefox browser ive noticed if i goto google.com, signout then resign in it shows me the switcher (all available accounts) however when i goto firefox on droid (Galaxy S4) and sign out, then sign in to switcher and chose sam epersonal account. then retry GreaderPro, and choose feedly/google+ sign in... it defaults to our business account (doesnt bring up the switcher account as it does on desktop firefox.
Assistance please?
if this can be accomplished i will def upgrade!
Thanks in advance

I think there's a memory leak in the current beta - as I use it, it takes up more and more memory and runs slower and slower.  I have to close the tab and re-open it to get it to work normally again.

Hi,

Several issues with "saved items".

1 - Even after unsaving the item it still appears.
2 - Pressing the 'x' on a saved item, it reappears.
3 - Using the filters on "saved items" do not work apart from "show oldest first"

Hi +Oli Burleigh ,
1- this might be due to some bad data in your account. Can you email your user id (from https://feedly.com/#console) to david@feedly.com please? I can fix that.
2- the "X" is to close the story, not to un-save it. The green bookmark icon is the one that un-saves articles.
3- indeed, "unread only" doesn't work right now.

Why do I get an error message saying I need to have at least one follower on Twitter while using the buffer button inside of Feedly on the iPhone? I have over 2000 followers on twitter!

PLEASE fix the gestures, they want to work but don't half the time. DashClock support needs work too. App constantly logs out. Refresh button unresponsive. When swiping through the "all" tab the categories are broken up all weird and need to refresh. What is the "thank you" tab?
