Another big milestone for us, but make sure you get the correct information.
I've seen some posts on reddit and across the wider net about Steam hitting around 2,000 games for Linux. The truth is the number is actually quite a lot higher.

While I totally agree with you +Frank Earl I have to add: It's enough to keep me occupied. The selection is excellent for my taste and the hours I can snitch from family and work are always fun.

Maybe that others have more time on their hands and are soon bored. I guess I'm a casual gamer nowadays ;-) Lucky me?

Just a small psa from me.

Bought stardew valley and it runs great on Linux but is highly, I repeat highly fun and addictive. You've been warned.

To anyone on the fence about it.

SOLD it looks bloody amazing :D
BUTCHER looks like a cross between Broforce and Doom and has jumped straight to the top of my watch list. The developers sent it in and tell me it will have full Linux support.

Stardew Valley is here in Beta, bloody good job they did a Beta too as it's extremely buggy. Not looking good considering the release is this week!
The Stardew Valley developer tweeted out a password for a beta, but after discussing it with them on their forum I was able to show them that we can't actually access it yet.

+Benjamin Parsonage Drivers … drivers … drivers and drivers.
No … Compositing is the point of performance … kWin from KDE session have better performance then Compiz in Unity session.
How you can think that games in full screen mode make turn of compositing? Compositor alway something do and also durring full screen game.
How it possible that full screen game have better performance in kWin or enlightenment session (may elementary OS is also better) than Compiz?
Drivers? Why drivers? What can do Wayland, MIR, Xserver and Vulkan with performance to improve it? That is the question. We haven't DirectX and now we have Vulkan, but Vulkan is in active development and in this time is nearly (5fps low in some games) to DirectX.
