I want to express my disappointment in the online support, both via phone and chat. I recently purchased a Galaxy S8 by chat and was assured my S6 car charger would work. It cannot, different connectors. I then started with chat to move my old S6 over to my wife's account I spent over 2 hours with several techs both in chat and on the phone. the last tech informed me the SIM card was incompatible. the S6 had been working fine for 2 years up until I had support "help" me transfer it over. Then I asked to move her back to her old phone. Then i was told that SIM card was incompatible! Again this phone had been working without issue for 2 years up until support "helped" me. they refused to do anything else until i replaced the SIM. I went into a store the next day VERY upset and the clerk took care of the issue in minutes. I felt bad for the clerk, but the online/phone support has been so incredibly terrible I was already primed by the time I got to him.
