Double Banana Split Cake.
Ingredients

For the base:

1/2 cup of nuts

2 packages of chocolate cookies

5 tablespoons of butter

For the filling:

2 1/2 cups chantilly cream

2 1/2 cups repostero dulce de leche

2 bananas

for the ganache:

2/3 cups cream

5 ounces of semisweet chocolate

Let's get Cooking...

For the ganache, boil the cream.

Then pour over the chopped chocolate.

Process the cookies with the nuts and the cold butter.

Cover a tart 24 cm. mold with the dough.

Place in the refrigerator or for 10 minutes in the oven so it gets crunchy.

Over the base, make a first layer of dulce de leche.

Over the dulce de leche, place a layer of banana slices.

Add the cream on top.

Over the cream add a ganache layer and refrigerate.

Repeat the filling layers. Finish covering with the ganache and cream.

Lemon Dream Bars.
Ingredients

    339g graham crackers

    100g unsalted butter, melted

    500g lemon curd/butter

    4 egg whites (room temperature)

    1 cup caster sugar

    1 tsp vanilla extract

Let's get Cooking...

    Lightly grease a long 35cm x 12.5cm baking tin or a round/square 20cm cheesecake pan and line with baking paper on the bottom and sides.

    Add graham crackers to a food processor and process until you reach a fine crumb. Add the butter and blitz until you have a damp, sandy mixture.

    Add the biscuit mixture to the baking tray and use the palm of your hand or the back of a large spoon to press the mixture down firmly making sure the bottom of the tin has an even amount of biscuit crumbs. Refrigerate for 30 min.

    Spread lemon butter evenly on top of biscuit mixture and put back in the fridge while you prepare the Swiss meringue.

    To make the meringue place about an inch of water to a medium sized pot and bring it to the boil.

    Add your egg whites and sugar to a large, clean metal or glass bowl. Mix using a whisk or hand held mixer to help combine all the ingredients.

    Place the bowl with the egg mixture on top of your pot of boiling water making sure the bottom of the mixing bowl doesn’t touch the bottom of the pot. Mix on high speed for 5 min or until the sugar in the mixture completely dissolves. You can check this by dipping two (clean) fingers into the mixture and if you can’t feel any grains of sugar it’s ready to take off the pot. Mix on high speed once you’ve taken it off the heat (about 5-6 min) until the mixture cools down and gets thick and glossy. You want to reach stiff peaks so that the frosting holds it’s shape well.

    Fit the end of a piping bag with a Wilton 6B tip and frost little blobs of meringue frosting on top of the lemon base.

    Cut into bars and serve.

Pengin membuat bika ambon tapi menghindari banyak telur..resep ini solusinya. asalkan mengikuti triknya..pasti tidak akan gagal.
Resep Bika Ambon Ekonomis Irit Telur
Bahan :
Bahan yang direbus :

4 lembar daun jeruk
1 batang serai (memarkan bagian putihnya)
1 lmbr daun pandan
350 ml santan
1 sdt kunyit bubuk

Bahan yang didiamkan pertama:

125 gr tepung tapioka
75 gr tepung terigu
1/2 sdm Ragi instan ( saya pakai saf)

Bahan yang didiamkan kedua:

3 butir kuning telur
150 gr gula pasir
sejimpit garam

Cara membuat bika ambon ekonomis dan irit telur :

Rebus hingga mendidih santan, daun jeruk, serai dan daun pandan hingga mendidih. Angkat dan biarkan dingin. Setelah dingin baru disaring.
Siapkan wadah ukuran sedang. Campurkan tepung tapioka, tepung terigu dan ragi instan. tambahkan rebusan santan yang sudah disaring tadi. Aduk hingga rata dan tidak ada yang bergerindil. Diamkan selama sekitar 1 jam.
Kocok gula, telur dan sejimpit garam (Kocok rata dengan whisker saja). Kemudian tambahkan pada adonan yang sudah didiamkan tadi. Aduk rata kembali dan diamkan selama sekitar 45 menit.
Panaskan oven dan loyang yang sudah diolesi minyak atau margarin selama sekitar 15 menit. Setelah panas keluarkan loyang dan masukkan adonan ke loyang.
Panggang dalam oven dengan pintu terbuka sampai gelembung- gelembungnya habis dan lapisan atasnya agak set. Setelah tak ada gelembung-gelembungnya lagi, tutup pintu oven dan panggang lagi hingga matang.

Curry Yogurt Roasted Cauliflower.
INGREDIENTS Nutrition

SERVINGS 4 UNITS US
1 head cauliflower
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces Greek yogurt (plain, I used fat free)
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground ginger (less if you're using fresh)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (fresh coriander)

DIRECTIONS

At least 2 hours ahead of time, mix yogurt, spices, lemon juice in a small bowl, refrigerate until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Break cauliflower into small to medium sized florets.
Toss in a large bowl with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Spread on a cookie sheet in one layer and bake in pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes until beginning to soften.
Remove from oven and return to large bowl.
stir chopped cilantro into yogurt/spice mixture and spoon over califlower.
toss to coat well (you may not need ALL of the yogurt, depending on how large of a head of cauliflower you have).
return to baking sheet and continue to bake for about another 5-10 minutes (cook to your liking, some prefer some crunch left in their veggies).
remove from oven and enjoy!
