If you are missing the Thursday Night Credit Education and Restoration Session. Well take a look at what you are missing and share this with others on Google.

Once again Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion stepped up their game on how to handle Disputes from consumer. Just as well as from the companies you hire to handle your credit reports. So, you want to do your credit yourself see can you get around their new system they have had in place for a while now:
About e-OSCAR
e-OSCAR is a web-based, Metro 2 compliant, automated system that enables Data Furnishers (DFs), and Credit Reporting Agencies (CRAs) to create and respond to consumer credit history disputes. CRAs include Equifax, Experian, Innovis and TransUnion, their affiliates or Independent Credit Bureaus and Mortgage Reporting Companies. e-OSCAR also provides for DFs to send "out-of-cycle" credit history updates to CRAs.
The system primarily supports Automated Credit Dispute Verification (ACDV) and Automated Universal Dataform (AUD) processing as well as a number of related processes that handle registration, subscriber code management and reporting.
ACDVs initiated by a CRA on behalf of a consumer are routed to the appropriate Data Furnisher based on the CRA and subscriber code affiliations indicated by the DF. The ACDV is returned to the initiating CRA with updated information (if any) relating to the consumer's credit history. If an account is modified or deleted, carbon copies are sent to each CRA with whom the DF has a reporting relationship.
AUDs are initiated by the DF to process out-of-cycle credit history updates. The system is used to create the AUD and route it to the appropriate CRA(s) based on subscriber codes specified by the DF in the AUD record. The e-OSCAR AUD process is intended to provide the CRA with a correction to a consumer's file that must be handled outside of the regular activity reporting cycle process. e-OSCAR may not be used to add or create a record on a consumer's file or as substitute for "in-cycle" reporting to the CRAs.

Each year, over one million people file for bankruptcy. Most bankruptcies are filed as

a result of not having adequate savings or insurance to cover a job loss, medical

expenses from a catastrophic illness or an accident, divorce, or the loss of a small

business. Bankruptcy can help people get back on their feet by making it possible to

stop wage garnishments and harassing calls from creditors, it may prevent you from

losing your car or home, and it may relieve you of credit card debt so that you can

get control over your finances. Many marriage and health issues also improve

as a result of a bankruptcy.

CREDIT SCORING AND LIFE NEEDS:
So, often we try to find ways to rebuild our credit scores. But our credit is being pulled for everything. But not everything our credit score is pulled for is being reported on our credit report monthly. Although we make the payment on time for over a life time. It is strange that everyone wants to pull our credit but not everyone wants to report that we are paying on time. If we just take a look at the things below that normally our credit is pulled for:

1. Down Payments

2.  Rent

3. Utilities

4. Car Insurance

5. Rent to Own Accounts

6. Cell Phone

7. Home Phone

8.  Department Store cards

9. Gas cards

If you had a chance to add clothing and food to this list. To help you build a trade line on your credit report so, that you could build your credit score up that would be awesome. Because those are things you going to continue to deal with for the rest of your life. Then while going through the credit restoration process your score can build faster. Learn how to take your life needs and rebuild your credit score all the time. While going through the credit restoration process.

There are times when credit is being pulled for various things. For, one is how much we have to pay just to get started. Then that determines how much we pay monthly over a period of time. The problem is after everything is decided not one payment is reported to the credit bureau as a positive payment. Some of the things we do this for are for life needs. Most of the time during the home buying process you can have a third party report that says you pay your bills on time. Not having this reported as positive payments towards your credit score is not right. This is where you the consumer needs to become educated on how I can get my life needs reported positively on my credit report. To reflect my financial character as more acceptable. Learn how to raise your credit scores and credit worthiness at the same time.
