Peppermint helps with stomach cramps, even smelling mint relaxes ones stomach.  A lot of stomach problems begin with a persons mind, and then the body takes over.  I grew my own mint plant, and grab some leaves off it when I'm feeling anxious.... It helps calm my stomach down

What helps Me during an anxiety attack
 Breath in for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, release for 5 seconds.....  It drops your heart rate and blood pressure at the same time... I usually do this for about 2 minutes straight, unless I get dizzy then I stop and wait till it passes and start again...
