Customer Service/Sales/Tech Support Professional W@H

Short Description
No need to travel to the office. Most likely you are already at home. Small, successful telecommunications company located in Las Vegas, Nevada requires the professional skills of an experienced customer service representative that has experience in sales and/ or tech support. Compensation is Dependant on the Program you choose.
Applicant must possess strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to overcome objections. If you are not comfortable selling this isn’t the job for you. This specific position will require you to make an offer at every available opportunity. While some of these positions are sales and tech support others are sales and reservations. These are all inbound calls from customers. We work with one of the largest W@H companies and take calls for some of Fortune 500’s top companies.
**If you are not comfortable selling we do have programs available that are strictly customer service but the compensation per hour is lower. Feel free to contact me for more information regarding those programs as well if you meet the rest of the qualifications.
Your customer service and sales support background in a busy environment like this will be an asset. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, typing, strong attention to detail and follow through, are a must in this diverse role. A typing and an internet speed test will also be required.
If you are a proactive person with a strong customer service focus, take pride and ownership in your contribution, have excellent attention to detail, want to work from home and want to be part of a growing organization this could be your next long term role. Scheduling is extremely flexible but you must meet the minimum service hours requirement for the client you choose.
Training is UNPAID and the cost of the class is your responsibility. The cost for training depending on the client can range from $19.99 - $199. If the specific client requires you to have one of their computers that are preloaded with all the software necessary to service them; then one will be shipped out to you at the time of enrolment. If the client requires a computer there is no charge to you for that. It comes from the client directly and belongs to the client. If you move on and leave the company you will be required to return the computer to the client.
We do not pay for training/enrolment that is your responsibility. After 180 days of successfully servicing the client – this means following policy, meeting the client requirements and maintaining a 97% attendance adherence – we will refund you the cost of the training. Some clients require a background check and a drug test. The drug test is at no cost to you however the fee to run your background is $7.99. The $7.99 is a non-refundable charge. Some of our clients deal with sensitive information including billing information, personal information etc. We have to know who we are hiring as you will be working independently from home. This is merely a way to make sure you are invested and serious about working for my company.
