Exciting news! We're adding Ride + Run sessions to the timetable. Sundays 9-10am (30-min ride / 30-min run). Starting 31 July for 7 weeks. Wednesdays 6-7.30pm (standard 45-min ride / 45-min run with the Lululemon run club). Starting 3 Aug. All levels welcome - you won't be left behind! Get involved to have fun and give a huge boost to your fitness.
