Has anyone looked at the expanding range of Vanguard ETFs now available on the HKSE? Costs are low and this could be a way to build your own low cost index tracker. I'm playing with the maths to work out the proportions to own.

They offer:

S&P 500 Index ETF
FTSE Japan Index ETF
FTSE Asia ex Japan High Dividend Yield Index ETF
FTSE Developed Europe Index ETF
FTSE Asia ex Japan Index ETF

So something along the lines of 50/30/15/5 US / Eur / Asia /Japan
