You Just Cannot Stop Progress
The clean energy revolution is well underway. All the major players -- utility companies, manufacturers, the construction industry, and the transportation industry -- are moving toward sustainable systems with or without the help of the powers that be in Washington. I recommend you take time to read the white paper on the topic, well researched and scholarly, that was recently released by Barack Obama.

Many well-connected professionals from the Home Performance industry make a point of attending the Habitat X Conferences. This in itself is a good reason for you to join us: people get connected, strategies are developed, and careers are boosted.

Today would be the smart day to sign up to take advantage of the deepest discounts. As a bonus, we have a liberal refund policy: if for some reason cannot attend, we'll refund your full registration up until a week before the event.

This is the up-and-coming event of the Home Performance industry. I hope you can join us this June 27-29 at Big Sky Montana.

2nd Trades Person training course running in Vancouver BC, Canada from Feb 10 - Feb 14. This time we are running without Master Brennan (may the force be with us and the "floppy bits" and "special sauce" plenty ;-)
There are still some spots available so please pass it on to people you know that might be interested.
This might also be a good opportunity for our fellow North Westerners in the US, take advantage of the exchange rate (you get 1.43$ of our "funny money" for one green back) take a trip up to Beautiful British Columbia.

Sign up and details here:

The photo is showing us at the last course we hosted in the fall 2015. BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology) has a great training facility where Janet Snell (centre) has done an amazing job securing and outfitting this space for us. To the left, is Sandra Rohler and myself who will be instructing the upcoming courses together. And on the right, the man himself Kevin Brennan who showed us how it's done.

The Habitat X 2016 Strategic Plan represents an important shift in the trajectory of our organization.

The Plan was created when a group of smart focused people -- the Habitat Xers at the 2015 conference -- decided that they were truly ready to work side-by-side to change the way we design, build, and manage our buildings.

This is our line-in-the-sand for 2016.
