We often discuss in this blog how B2B marketing is becoming more complex, and how to manage this complexity. Marketing is getting involved in many more areas that touch the customer along the buying process, multiplied by a dizzying variety of new tactics, online communications and engagement platforms. I have always liked frameworks to make sense of this complexity, and add some structure to identify focus areas and value drivers, dependencies and hierarchies – all to make complexity a bit easier to manage.

I'm not sure you can get past them, but some decent insights
While it’s true that the nature of brand publishing sets a higher bar for compliance and introduces some complexities that media companies do not encounter, those companies also benefit from having well-established compliance structures in place. There’s no reason brand publishers can’t do the same.

Guten Tag,

als Student der B. Sc. Wirtschaftsinformatik im 4. Semester, möchte ich Sie gerne dazu einladen, an folgender kurzen Umfrage teilzunehmen und mich bei der Untersuchung der Fragestellung, wie viele Personen Unternehmen in Deutschland im Bereich Online Marketing beschäftigen bzw. beschäftigen werden, zu unterstützen.

In diversen Studien, z.B. denen vom BVDW, wird zwar aufgeschlüsselt, welchen Anteil Online Marketing, am Gesamtmarketingbudget deutscher Unternehmen ausmacht, aber die Personalstärken der mit Online Marketing betrauten Abteilungen, waren bisher nicht Gegenstand dieser Untersuchungen. Daher auch die Motivation für diese Arbeit.
