I have a story to share with anyone that's interested...
I have awakened. I am Alex 2.0. I feel great, everything is crystal clear. I have complete and utter confidence in my being and life is completely effortless and abundant. But, it hasn't always been like this.
Alex 1.0 wasn't the most confident person in the world. He had trouble focussing... A type of A.D.D. even though he was never officially "diagnosed." He didn't talk much, he kept to himself. He wasn't very outgoing. But, he was very creative and made music very regularly.
Then he found Mary Jane. Since his first inhale, he slowly backed away from his music projects. He was pulled into a new, unfamiliar world. He was excited about it, and met lots of people he could relate to.
Soon after, he was introduced to Magic Mushrooms. For "whatever reason," he was extremely excited to explore this new substance. He got a couple of his buddies, who also haven't tried the substance, and they decided to go on their first trip together. They had no idea what they were in for...
The visuals began to set in. The world was flowing and vibrant. It was new and exciting, and Alex 1.0 was entranced. It was all fun and games until a trippy video sent him spiraling into a new direction. Disoriented, he didn't know which way was up or down. Vomiting and confusion ensued as he entered another dimension. His two friends, who took the same dosage, had a very positive experience, and luckily they were there to help him feel as comfortable as possible.
Alex 1.1 came back to reality several long, long hours later. Other than a little exhaustion and confusion, he felt mostly "sober." The friends laughed it off, but it was one of the most frightening, wonderful, jaw-dropping, reality-shattering experiences Alex had ever had.
For "whatever reason," Alex was still very attracted to psychedelic substances. Through the next couple years, he explored LSD and DMT, along with his old pal Shroomy. Each trip was relatively far apart, no shorter than 2 or 3 months in between. In conjunction with meditation, he began to trust his intuition and natural instincts. Spiritual leaders such as Alan Watts, Ram Dass, Bashar, Abraham Hicks, and Kryon played a major role during this part of his life.
Towards the end of this 3 year period, the trips began to increase. At one point, because of the tolerance one builds from these substances, he was dropping LSD one weekend, the next week he would take Shrooms, and he would juggle the two. Each trip was better than the last, and his mind became more clear and coherent in his sober state. Water became an essential part of his life, drinking at least 4+ bottles of water a day (32 oz bottles, equalling at least 4 quarts a day).
He reconnected with his natural self. He received intuitive guidance, and no longer depended on spiritual leaders to verify his belief system. Coincidences turned into synchronicity, and every moment of his life was perfectly aligned. He always seemed to be in the right place at the right time with the right people. He was constantly learning on another level, and the things he was experiencing could no longer be explained to others, for there was no way to relate to this very intimate, personal journey.
He took LSD one last time, and had a realization that he no longer needed the substance. He was able to maintain this state of being. He dropped Mary Jane as well, which had played a major role in his daily life. These substances no longer served him. He learned what he needed to know and integrated this information in his daily life.
Today, I am Alex 2.0. I live an 80-20 lifestyle when it comes to food and alcohol (80% healthy food, 20% treats and alcohol). It has been quite some time since my last trip, and I feel as if I was reborn. Water sustains my energy levels and I try to keep a healthy balance between fruit and starch (potatoes, vegetables, etc.).
I am new. I am alive. I am free-flowing and have just about zero "negative" beliefs. I believe that every psychedelic trip was a surge forward, purging negative beliefs and anything that didn't feel good. Little by little, I fine-tuned myself to be who I truly prefer.
I am working with music again, even better than before, as well as painting and drawing. Creativity is essential in maintaining my spiritual connection.
Not everybody's journey will be the same as mine, for we are all unique, one of a kind beings. But, I do believe that psychedelics played an essential role in this process of waking up, and I believe they can be of great benefit to all of humanity. I believe it is possible for everyone to go through this process. I look at it as a phase or cycle that one enters, then exits with a newfound perspective that can be applied to every single moment of every single day. More and more studies are being revealed about the positive, therapeutic healing properties that psychedelics have.
I tell this story in hope that it will give others insight on the life of a very complicated human being, and give others a different perspective on how one can truly shift into a new and improved human being. I feel the best I've ever felt, and every day is better than the last. I love all of humanity, and I truly hope that the social stigma towards psychedelics can change for the better.
Please contact me if anyone has any questions. I am here to serve, and I truly believe there is hope for all of mankind. Namaste.
