What AL module (non hardcover) would you run as a teaching adventure for new players, other than the Starter Set? Thinking just as a single session for folks who want to play D&D and show up at their store or on Roll 20 or such.

Running DDEX 3-12, Hillsfar Reclaimed as a Play-By-Post game. I could use some advice.

Right before the final battle, when the demon reveals himself, the PCs must make a DC 10 Wisdom Save, or gain 1 level of madness with a 70% chance of being completely removed from the combat.

The two highest level PCs both failed and rolled madness which takes them out of the fight. One is stunned, the other paralyzed.

Is there anything the other PCs can do to get them back in the fight besides casting Lesser Restoration, Dispel Evil, Remove Curse, or Calm Emotions?

Otherwise these two players just get to do nothing for the rest of the module.

I'm going to be running DDAL06-01 A Thousand Tiny Deaths on Roll20 in a few weeks (Saturday August 12 at 2pm CDT). 3rd-level characters are recommended, but anything in level 1-4 is acceptable.

I am very excited. I just have my first meeting tonight with 4 people to start a weekly D&D Adventure League group. I am new to DMing. This will be my very first time DMing. Can anyone give me some good advice?

I've got a present inspired by something +Shawn Merwin said in the latest episode of +Misdirected Mark Productions's Down with D & D that inspired me to add a new card to my D&D 5e player cards collection:

The Concentration Token: Place it in front of any spell caster that is concentrating - this allows the DM and the Players to see at a glance that some ongoing effect is underway that may be interrupted by damage, etc.

Thanks for the great idea Shawn!

I've made a Public Domain distributable version right here...

(Of course, my version has thematic art like the rest of my token cards...)
