It's been one year since the #UCC tragedy, and we've seen our community grow stronger through this in many ways. Yet we've also watched as more heart-wrenching acts of violence have continued to erupt across our country.

How do we respond to these things? Have we become desensitized, and just accept that that's the way things are in our world? Or do we still weep with the suffering and grieve with the grieving?

And further, how can we take positive action in our local community to help bring more love and #compassion to a world desperately in need of it?

This song asks more questions than it gives answers, but it is a deeply personal response to a problem that affects us all on levels that we may not think about most of the time. And it's not just about a particular place and time - it's about striving to live consciously in a way that responds to all people with love and compassion.

Please listen and let me know if it touches you.
Peace,
Sean
