A new poster has been added to my Teachers Pay Teachers store.

Anyone want to practice signing now?

What does the fox sign name

Good afternoon! I am currently a senior at the university of Tennessee finishing my undergrad in deaf education. A little bit about me, I was born deaf and diagnosed at birth with a severe to profound bilateral loss, but in denial my parents neglected the diagnosis until I was almost four. I received my first set of hearing aids at the age of four and thrown into intense speech therapy for two years before being mainstreamed into public education. I am here to advocate for all deaf and hoh children to get all the tools necessary to succeed! I look forward to following this group! Thanks!

I love these posters!  Awesome awesome!  I have started a series of posts addressing the FAQs you get about ASL, the Deaf, and Deaf culture.  Some of them ridiculous and others not so ridiculous.  I'm an ASL interpreter and teacher.

I've been meaning to put more up here to let you know of the posters I have for ASL teachers on my site. Today seems to be a good day to do that because zazzle has announced a ONE DAY 50% OFF sale on shirts and posters. Use the code: HALFYEARSALE at checkout and enjoy!
