Awwwwwwwwwwww, yeaaaahhhh, boiii!

Out of five pictures with the wrong ISO, the wrong aperture, and a whole lot of hurry, this is the best. A little bit of post processing and here is my first Ruby-throated Hummingbird of the season!

Will be setting up so I can take better pictures.

Not birds of Florida but about birds overall. This is pretty cool. Storks are eating our trash and in doing so they have stopped migrating but theirs numbers have also shot up. They've adapted to habitat loss and humans. Apparently they'll have to adapt again since the EU has some dump initiative where food waste will be dealt with in contained facilities.

I wonder if we are seeing evolution here. Are there populations of storks that continue to migrate? If so, will these non-migrating storks become another species? It's hard to say since evolution (natural, not selective) generally takes a long time and probably unlikely since dumps will not likely be around long enough.

I'm exhausted i had a blessed day. Thank u Jesus... I just ate a little fish now im ready to sleep...

Just trying to be happy...
