Police training firm Canine Encounters Law Enforcement Training (CELET) in trouble following allegations of theft at the behest of former accountants & the concurrent resignation of founder Jim Osario, which has been attributed to illness. CELET has for years been the public face of canine encounter training for cops, but it remains unclear if or how they will continue to operate following the shocking allegations of financial malfeasance.

The News Journal has published an article with additional information about the Delware State Police raid of Mark Reedy's home and the subsequent #puppycide  of Mr. Reedy's #dog . Readers interested in the shooting will have to read the entire article, as the shooting of Mr Reedy's dog apparently didn't warrant a mention until the 8th paragraph of the story. Way to bury the lead, News Journal!
