I have heard so many floral retailers tell me that they don't feel it is worth the time spent to develop a written business plan because "our situation changes so fast" or "the floral industry doesn't work like other small businesses". While both statements are true in an isolated sense, they only serve to support the case for planning!

What are your thoughts on business plans for floral retailers?
