+John Carimando did the last UI upgrade. He is back and wanting to do some more work on it, but wants feedback from the users on what they like, what they want to see, and that they don't like.

Please take a moment to answer a few high level questions about the UI. When he starts getting into each section he will have more specific polls for each section.

https://goo.gl/forms/FRkeNsSgZlerZeYQ2

If you have ever criticised the UI, or if you just have pet peeves about aspects here is your chance to have your voice heard. Please spread this around among your friends we want as much feedback as possible.

Hi all,

I have tested and uploaded the release files. Downloads are active on the downloads page: http://pcgen.org/download/

Release notes are available.
Jira is updated across the board with the new version.
Repo branch is reset for next version for the autobuild.
Release monkey is officially reporting all duties completed.
Over to Paul for the press releases on the channels.
Barring issues, next weekend will be the 6.06.01 final release.

Side note: Production is the replacement branch for the now obsolete 6.06.x branch. Jenkins is now running the autobuild from production and successfully ran when I tested it. It is not meant to accept any PRs. It is meant only for production stable build releases.
I will prep for a 6.07 release later today. I am hoping Tom or Connor will review the pending PRs before I release 6.07.
Occult Adventures and Path of Shadows will be slated for an OOC when finished.
Cheers,

Andrew

Greetings! I have the newest pc gen version and my friend and I are making a file with a bunch of equipment sets. but it's way out of order for some reason. can anyone help me? We're going to build hundreds of equipment sets and we'd really like to make sure they are in order and not jumbled.

An update on the #GenCon2016 booth.

Open Gaming Design (John Reyst of d20pfsrd.com & 5esrd.com) and we still owe $850 USD by 04/22. PCGen currently has approximately $170 USD, which is short of the $425 for our portion. Not to mention any incidentals that always crop up.

Should you wish to donate to help the project spread the user base you can use the link below. Alternately if you do not want to use Paypal, contact me directly and we'll arrange another avenue, either another payment service or you can mail a check.

Question: When I add a Trait "Eyes and Ears of the City (Abadar)" in Pathfinder PCGen - which offers a bonus to Perception - how can I add this bonus to perception (as it is not added automatically)?

Thanks!

No Prob, as DM did you know you can quickly create NPC's by hitting the "Create Monster" and then typing the first part of the name in the search box. Then you can apply it and you have a npc that you can then modify from the base creature for that extra surprise. :)

After 15 years of hard work James Dempsey is leaving the project as the Code Silverback for what sounds to be some interesting work.

From James:

Over the next couple of years and, I guess, for the foreseeable future, I expect all of my free time to be taken up with intense study and research. It’s pretty exciting but won’t leave room for much else other than work and family life.

It’s been a heap of fun contributing to the PCGen program all these years, and this is very much due to the good folk in the board of directors and the various teams. Thanks for having me along and best wishes for the future.

We want to thank James for his solid years of commitment to the PCGen project. His steady hand at the helm will be sorely missed.

Connor Petty (cpmeister) volunteered to be the Code Silverback after the news went out that James was stepping down.

Connor joined the Code Team in 2008. He shepherded the the UI changes from v5.16 to present and has been an invaluable resource.

Please join us in welcoming Connor into his new role as the leader for the code team!
