Hello all,

Looking for Google Schools near me for my IT director and I to visit. I have been primarily Apple for 21 years now and have made the decision to switch to chrome books. I am in Dayton, TN and am looking to visit anyone within a 2 or 3 hour drive. I have a small school with a high poverty level so if I do this right this will improve the opportunities for my kids for their lives. Thanks in advance for any tips, suggestions or PD opportunities you have had success with. We are looking at the LENOVO Flip for our kids and teachers. Have a great one!

Hi all,
FYI:
The new Chromebook OS v56 is causing problems with Google Apps. We have been experiencing random automatic screencasting from student Chromebooks. A student can be working on a doc and their CB will just start casting to a teacher in another building. A call to Chromebook support revealed that v56 has issues. If you haven't updated, I'd wait.
We temporarily disabled student chromecasting until it's fixed.
