Throughout history armies have marched home from the battlefield giving them the opportunity to “walk off the war”. In the modern age, many veterans come home in a matter of days and miss out on this transitional time. 

In this episode, I talk with Sean Gobin from Warrior Hike about how his program helps veterans "walk off the war" and transition back to civilian life by "through hiking" the Appalachian Trail. 

 
Hello all,
I'm currently working on a research paper titled "Cardiovascular Complications due to TBI, CTE and PTSD.  I ask for your input, comments, suggestions or articles to help with my progression.  My hopes would be to have this paper published in the future but for now it's part of an assignment for a class that I am taking... any information provided will be greatly appreciated.  I look forward to hearing from anyone on Google Plus and in my community on Google Heart Health  and Sudden Cardiac Death Awareness as well.  Thank you in advance for your contribution.

On this episode, we look at if you can have too much muscle for your sport and how I would write a 12 week strength and conditioning plan for myself preparing for a fight or other team sport. I give tips on reps and sets, types of exercises, deloading, and the importance of working on different parts at different sections of the program.
