This is a hopeful way to be able to express how my life really is like. I am always in a fog due to my multiple mental diagnoses. I hope that talking about it will make help me heal. In the behavioral wing I was in I had to rate my mood on a scale of one to ten. One is the bad side and ten is great. Today I am a one, I don't really want to do anything today. I really want to stay in bed, cry, and do nothing. So instead I thought I would try a new therapy, besides my normal schedule.
