For those of us that have to deal with Windows and the malware that inhabits that ecosystem, Process Explorer and Autoruns is an unbelievable set of tools to clean AV unknown malware and slim down PC start-up times...

I can confirm the usefulness of these tools Mark created, almost all the infections I clean and clear on a daily basis are done with them. Automated scanners are always second to grab anything I might possibly miss...
