Your butterflies are always beautiful
On the orange end of copper color is the American Copper (Lycaena phiaeas). This beautiful butterfly is found in the Midwest and Northeast of the U.S., can also be found in Europe as the "small copper" (Glassberg 2017). Wingspan is only about an inch; look for it in old fields with Rumex plants (Pyle 1981).

We are also a community that respects ALL animals and treats all animals equally. No disrespect to any animal including the deer and elk.

No posting girls that are naked, halfway naked, ripped clothing , ect. covering their breasts with their hands with a wolf next to them.
It ruins the post and it's inappropriate.
If you are to post a post like this you will get warnings but if you continue a ban
(I made this one up myself)

NO REPEATED POSTING of an image/reshared post already made in this community please.

Also, NO WOLF EXTREMISM , please. Nothing is perfect. Respect and treat all animals fairly.

Do not, I REPEAT post wolf art somebody else made and claim its yours.

Anything not wolf related will be deleted unless i find it important.

Listen to the owners and mods! Do not ask to become a mod, that will ensure you never becoming a mod.
I mod people who are active and respectful.

Extra rules:

Pushing religion on others is not aloud here

No posting of dead wolves claiming they are asleep or 'Allowing a human to touch them'!

The most prettiest little bird. I have ever seen!
The singer

Blue-breasted kingfisher (Halcyon malimbica)

Even though this is a large kingfisher, it is most likely its very loud and distinct song that will be your first experience with this species.

I have never been in the range of this species before, so I was very curious as to what kind of bird this was, and was trying to see where the song came from. There were several individuals calling, but I had no luck locating either of them. That was until I noticed one right in front of me. I watched it for a while, but as I did not have my camera with me I wondered if I should enjoy or go get my gear, and went for the latter only to return and see it was gone.

I waited in the hopes it, or another individual was nearby and would fly from one perch to another, and soon that happened and I was able to enjoy this beauty.

Although the Island of Principe is home to many endemic species, this is not one of them as it has found its way to Principe from mainland Africa.

Here you can listen to the bird:
