Lose it! Drop it! Work it! Burn it!

We have so many ways of saying it but few have successfully done it Long-Term. Weight loss is an absurdly difficult thing to master. Mainly because most of us want it over and done with but the truth is that it is not that simple. It will take a life-long commitment and inner resolve to remain hyper aware of our daily food intake with a deep vigilance to combat the biological desire to continuously fill the fat cells once fat storing mode has been turned on.
