since it's purely volunteer based community for startups.

What we did:

we are conducting regular meet-ups & lot of workshops, hackathons and events

You can get more details about the happenings like events, students final

year projects with startups with real business folks, recruitment

support, exit placement from one startup to another, co-working spaces and

tech-sessions(IOT,AWS & Applications Security).

In Last few Years we brought Microsoft,Google& OWASP events in city and this year

also we plan to get few global players along with our community in Madurai.

What we can give back as a volunteer community:

we also understand that knowledge sharing sessions on latest tech stacks can

be given back as our initiative as startups social-technical responsibility.

It would be great if you can support in any way to get this culture growing

October Meetup with Startups from Madurai :)

It was really good evening with fellow entrepreneurs of Madurai. We discussed about the technology, challenges, city startup ecosystem and the future of industry.

Two of us (Balakumar M M & Dilip Kumar KK) were taking presentation about the mobile technology especially a hot debate of Hybrid vs Native. Dilip Kumar K K a new generation entrepreneur were giving his strong support to Hybrid. Swaminathan Kasiviswanathan (SAM)shared his bitter experience with hybrid. Vijayan Gopalsamy added some more points value to Sam.

Here are the brief notes what we discussed
Hybrid technology has improved lot. Latest Ionic framework makes a big impact and giving a tough competition to native in terms of developer friendly, look and feel and bug fixing.

Native technology gives a boundless freedom. Anything is possible with native. Games app can't think with hybrid. But Dilip said it's possible and he created a gaming app with hybrid for Kabali.

SnackExperts executive shared some tasty organic oats sweets with us in a challenging pack which is really hard to open :)

And its ended up with networking and a cup of Coffee from The Temple Town Coffeetown #maduraistartups
