My good friend, Jassy, is visiting 'Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red' in London ... I am very honored to share with her permission -- these are her pictures and her words...

" "blood swept lands and seas of red" - I have always felt honoured to be able to take a short rail journey from home and reach this Royal palace so steeped in history. Today I felt doubly honoured to witness this piece of art, still being assembled by dozens of volunteers each poppy representing one of the fallen in world war 1. As I approached the tower I felt exited but on rounding the corner to witness the full extent of the sea of red I was overwhelmed with emotion and my only thought was 'please do not let this all be in vain'.
